- General Terms

You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle. The minimum age may vary depending on the car category or location.

- Reservations and Payments
All car rentals are subject to availability at the time of booking.
You can make reservations through our website or by contacting our customer service.

- Rental Period

- Insurance and Liability

You may choose to purchase additional insurance options for extended coverage, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Theft Protection.
You are liable for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the terms of your insurance policy.
- Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel, and you must return it with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling fee will be charged.
If you are unable to refill the fuel before returning the car, we will charge you the cost of refueling, plus a service fee.
- Vehicle Condition
The vehicle is provided in good condition and must be returned in the same condition, except for reasonable wear and tear.
Before leaving, inspect the vehicle thoroughly and report any existing damage to the rental agent. Failure to do so may result in you being charged for damages you did not cause.
- Cancellations and Modifications
